How to take care of my towels
Wash before first use
Give your towel its first wash before using it. This helps prepare the cotton and improve absorbency.
Wash at 40°C
Machine wash at 40°C with similar colours. Avoid overloading the machine so the towel has enough room to wash properly.
Skip the fabric softener
Fabric softener can coat the cotton and reduce its natural absorbency. For the softest, most absorbent result, leave it out.
Tumble dry gently
Tumble dry on a low or medium setting to keep your towel soft and plush. Avoid excessive heat, which can affect the fibres over time.
Give it room to breathe
After use, hang your towel fully open and allow it to dry completely before using it again.
A little care goes a long way.
With the right care, your Patotelini towel will longer stay soft, more absorbent and beautiful.

How to return my order
If you would like to make a return, simply contact our customer service (patotelini@gmail.com) and give us your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide you with all the information you need.
Make sure your towels are unused, unwashed, with labels, and in their original condition and packaging. Be aware that the costs of returning the item are at your own expense to the Netherlands.
Once we receive and accepted your return, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.
Why are the towels only available in white
White represents simplicity, purity and timeless luxury. It allows the quality of the towel to speak for itself, while creating a clean and refined look that belongs in any bathroom.
For us, luxury doesn’t need colour to make a statement.
